HOME TEXTILES MARKET WEEK BEST NEW PRODUCT AWARDS
All exhibitors in the At Home featuring Home Textiles division (Javits Center Level One) are invited to participate in the Home Textiles Market Week Best New Product Awards, which showcase new products presented at the show. Awards are presented in four categories – Bath, Bed, Dining, Home Accessories - as well one overall “Best of Market” distinction. Winners and finalists are selected by a panel of editors based on innovative design, product solution, aesthetic appeal, creativity and new material or technology. Judging will be conducted booth-to-booth on the exhibit floor. Participation is free, and advance registration is required.
EX·TRACTS® BEST NEW PRODUCT AWARDS
All EX•TRACTS exhibitors (Javits Center Level One) are invited to participate in the EX•TRACTS Best New Product Awards, which showcase new products presented at the show. Awards are presented in five categories - Bath & Body, Beauty Accessory, Cosmetic & Fragrance, Natural/Organic, Packaging - as well as one overall “Best of Show” distinction. Winners and finalists are selected by a panel of editors based on innovative design, product solution, aesthetic appeal, creativity and new material or technology. Judging will be conducted booth-to-booth on the exhibit floor. Participation is free, and advance registration is required.
ECO CHOICE AWARDS
The Eco Choice Awards, co-sponsored by GREENRetailer and NYIGF, will recognize top picks in three categories: Most Innovative; Most Sellable; and Most Sensitive Use of Materials. Winners are determined through open balloting. Participation is free and all products featured in NYIGF’s SustainAbility: design for a better world® display are automatically eligible.
ACCENT ON DESIGN® AWARDS
Select Accent on Design exhibitors will be recognized for design excellence in categories including individual product, complete collection and booth design. Winners are selected by the Accent on Design Selection Committee based on creativity, ingenuity, innovation, function, originality and design. Participation is free, and all Accent on Design exhibitors are automatically qualified.
ACCENT ON DESIGN® “BLOGGERS' CHOICE” AWARDS
Editors from alternative and emerging media channels will present “Bloggers’ Choice Award” to top home, gift and lifestyle products within Accent on Design. Participation is free, and all Accent on Design exhibitors are automatically qualified.
BABY & CHILD BEST NEW PRODUCT AWARDS
Select exhibitors will be recognized for excellence in four categories – toy, décor, gear and apparel – along with one overall “Blogger’s Best” distinction. Winners and finalists are selected by a panel of editors from trade media and kid-centric blogs and websites based on product innovation, design and style. Participation is free and all products featured in the Baby & Child “Peek A Boo” display are automatically eligible.
ASID NY METRO CHAPTER – BEST OF THE BEST NYIGF
Select At Home exhibitors will be recognized for excellence in seven categories – Imaginative Product Presentation; Innovative Product Design (Furniture); Social Responsibility, Ecological Sensitivity (Green); Lighting; Accessories; Floor coverings; and Wall Art. Winners will be selected by members of the New York Metro chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Participation is free, and all At Home (Pier 94) exhibitors are automatically eligible.
